All stages of production of extra "Badia" respect the tradition to safeguard the authenticity of the product.
PRODUCTION:
Directly after the "mechanical" collection and pressing the extra virgin "Badia" is stored in hermetically sealed stainless steel vessels.
BOTTLING:
The extra virgin "Badia" is packaged in dark
colored glass bottles, without being subjected to
any filtering or other physical treatment and / or chemicals.
STORAGE:
In order to be protected from extremes of temperature and
light oxygen bottles are kept in the dark, well-ventilated
room at a constant temperature of 14 º -15
º C
